Had to remind myself this morning to be a bit more patient - its a process. It's only been 3 weeks since I started "the diet" so 2.8kgs is almost a kg a week! Taking the small victories and reminding myself it's a process (if only it was as easy to lose weight as it is to pick it up) 😥
