Mkan jg aku gk clean koq, bebas, cuma aku mkan nasiny 3SDM aja. Trs jg kurangi mkan bakso, mie, gorengan, prbnyk minum air putih, mkn sayur dan buah2an. Jgn lupa WO di rmh
