Aku memperbaiki komposisi makanan kak
Sebisa mungkin banyakin protein nya di Banding karbonya,,sama pakai metode IF 20:4 (20 Jam puasa ,4 jendela makan) + olahraga rutin (5x perminggu)

Btw aku pakai nerapin metode IF baru 2 Minggu ini kak, karna BB stuck , Alhamdulillah turun walau cuman 2 ons 😁
