My confidence grows daily. I only weigh in of the site once a week, but I weighed today, and found I have lost another 3lbs. keeping under 2000 cals a day and under 100g of carbs a day. So far minimal exercise. My next goal is a weight I havent seen since high school. 350. I give it till mid July to do this. And I will.
