Day 5 went well, but again I did not eat enough food. hehe I'm over at a friends house and most of his meals are based on carbs, so I ate what I could. I'm still losing weight at a fast pace, what is great! I wonder how long this will keep up!
Tomorrow we'll have BBQ, and I'll be able to eat some more proteins! (and tomatoes and... hopefully some salad!)
Onwards with day 6!
