Sometime I can't believe how fast the days go by. I have the great-grandson, today he is 3, he wanted pancakes, so hard to cook em and smell em and not eat em. But I am proud of me. and lets not forget the ice cream come. my mouth sure did water. yes I made it through. Had a really good day on my diet though, didn't ride my bike though. too pooped after keeping up with a three old . and church tonight, we are watching sprout, and about ready for bed. carb and sugar is something I cant get rid of I keep craving it its crazy it drive me nuts...

Congratulations! It is hard when the grands can have whatever they want, but you can't. But you did it. This to me is what a "lifestyle" change is all about.
