emang sih kalorinya kecil, tapi gulanya? natriumnya? :) mending mkn sehat2, kurangi konsumsi gula, garam, minyak, santan. masak dg cara rebus, atau tumis dg minyak kurang dari 1 sdm sehari, mkn 3 kali sehari, jam 6 sore terakhir makan.
