Wow , time got away from me today, and I just realized I hadn't wrote in the journal. Been a good day on my diet. Rode the stationary bike 9 miles tonight. was a little sore from last nights 8 miles, but I lightened up some on the weights. Seen something today, I haven't seen in a long time---Guess what ?------MY ANKLE BONE-------True story.. I will YooHoo that. Ok Goodnight all!! God Bless!!
