I had to fast for a medical procedure yesterday and am not allowed to resume my workouts for 24 hrs, so I will be back into my exercise routine tomorrow morning. It was nice to see one positive outcome from being so hungry and thirsty yesterday...a drop in the scale! 🤣 Ok, Ok.... so it is not the ideal way to lose weight, but hey - a win is a win, right? 😉 Make it an amazing day, everyone!
