General question:

I started gyming on 28 Aug 2022. I try not to focus too much on the scale, as I can see I have lost a lot of cms and my clothes are very loose. I weight myself every 2 weeks. But the scale is just up and down all the time.

Am I too impatient too see actual kg difference?

Don’t focus too much on the scale. Stay consistent with your exercise and diet and measure you weight loss with photos, cms lost and how your clothes fit. Your weight on the scale can be influenced by so many factors and can be quite depressing sometimes. Good luck and just be patient

There’s water weight involved also, muscle is lighter than fat, the fact that your clothes are loose is a good sign….forget about the scale for about three months and focus on centimetres
