Good Morning, I am still working on my image of myself. It is sometimes difficult to accept compliments on how I look because I do not see myself that way. I do however always say thank you. The good news is that I feel so much better now than I did in January. I have a spring in my step that I have not felt in a really long time. Still struggling with munchies from time to time. Is this what normal people do also? Who knows and who defines what is normal. I just have to keep doing what I am and when I reach my goal weight I will see if I need to set new goals. My main goal is to be able to do the things I want to without getting out of breath or exhausted. Off to Miniature Meeting today. Talk to you later.

Yes, we "normal" people struggle with the same things you do. I think we have a screwered image of ourselves when we look in the mirror for quite a while until our brains finally accept our new thin appearance. Take those compliments in, put a huge smile on your face and say Thank You. They mean those compliments so just accept them as truth. :-)

Thank you for your support. It's a never ending battle with the munchies, but I wouldn't be the one to ask about what "normal" is. :-) You are doing *so* well it's amazing! Keep up the excellent work Judibird!
