Ok I think my calories have been low for too many days in a row,as I had a hard time sleeping last night and woke up at 5 am starving. I need to up the calories today with mostly healthy food, and get a good weight training session today.

Good idea. I hate waking up and already being starved. I like logging all my food in the mornings so I know what I can eat and how much room I have if I want something else.

Me too. I went ahead and planned my day to adhere to a limit of 1750.
It might be a little challenging to eat that much just because I am not going to be getting a lot of that from crap food, but mostly whole foods. The only thing I am having for a "junk" treat is 1/2 cup of ice cream with 1/2 tbs choc syrup, with flax and sunflower seeds and banana. Yum.
I am sure this will help me sleep better tonight . A lot of times raising calories will give me a drop in weight. It's not good to keep the calories super low for a long time.
