I don't know how I did it... but I lost another pound! I have not eaten very much this week but the things I did eat were unhealthy and fatty. I ran a mile+ yesterday and it felt good. I got a good sleep last night. This week I really want to run more. Soooo happy it's summer time. :)
82.6 kg Lost so far: 21.8 kg.    Still to go: 23.6 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.
