Shot left no cooking or preparation.... carbs and sugar and definitely no counting😃😃 I would not change anything, except for the redbulls🙈... but after the hectic work week I had... I'm still happy. I am back at it again... plan for the week: Eat well, SLEEP enough, shake it up with movement and just keep at it!
