ini saya kasih gambaran kenapa kalau nimbang lebih baik setelah BAK dan BAB terus kita peregangan ringan2 dulu 15 menitan. Keliatan banget kan bedanya. Kiri sebelum dan kanan sesudah. Jadi jangan langsung kaget duluan kalau nimbang pagi2 ;)
