I'm amazed... after not seeing any change in the scale. I've been going down ever so slightly every day this week. I was even worried last night that I ruined my progress because I ate 9 salt and pepper chicken wings late last night when we had company over. I was relieved getting on the scale this morning! Feeling so happy to have finally broken through the plateau. Motivates me even more!
