I'm back in a another rut it seems like. The drinking on the weekend has set me back again. I hate that just one day of drinking seems to put such a dent on my progress. I really enjoy my VSOP on the weekends. Big difference from the every day like I use to. I have noticed that since I have lost a lot of weight all ready, it is getting allot harder to break a sweat. I feel like I'm not pushing my self hard enough, when it comes to cardio it takes me 15 minutes before I break a sweat. Now don't get me wrong I love it. My blood pressure has dropped a huge amount last time I checked I was 110 over 63. When I was heavier a couple of years ago I remember it being up to 180. My water weight is still increasing for some reason, and I blamed it on the lack of intense cardio. To my surprise I just found out my gym has a sauna, I have been complaining about not having this option and the whole time it was behind that big wooden door in the back of the gym that I always thought was a custodial closet. No one seems to ever use it. Any way its pretty big on the inside so I'm going to be dehydrating in there next couple of days.
