Only 2.2 more pounds and I will be back in the 120's!
I have to stay focused. I want this.
It's actually so much easier when eating more real foods.
Yesterday I took some time and cooked up a bunch of brown rice, and an entire package of chicken, with three different types of flavorings, lemon pepper, soy sauce and balsamic vinegar, and chili powder/season-all. It took a while but now I will have easy healthy meals for the whole week.
I do think I didnt eat enough yesterday, because I woke up at 4:45 this morning and that happened to me a lot when I used to starve myself. I didnt mean to go so low, I just wasn't hungry before bed. If I eat a banana or a little whole grain toast or something before bed tonight, it might help me to get a full night's sleep. I have tried eating a protein-based snack before bed and it doesnt sit well. Obviously I dont want to totally load on carbs right before bed, but a small amount will help me I believe, while not slowing down my weight loss.
