Makan siang: Nasi shirataki goreng (sebenarnya gak pakai minyak, ditumis di wajan anti lengket, dibumbui kayak nasi goreng, tambah telur diorak-arik & bawang daun). Tempe rebusnya agak pink coz kena air bayam merah. Pakai sambal jg buat cocolan brokoli

Sy masaknya direbus sampai nasinya lunak n matang. Abis itu baru ditumis. Kalau ingin nasi shirataki/nasi porang yg praktis, bisa coba fukumi, teksturnya mirip bgt nasi dan instant masaknya, cuma diseduh air panas
