I was trying a different program and it worked somewhat, but theres a few things I dont like about it so I think Im going to go back to tracking macros instead. I dont mind switching things around as long as I pull something positive from it and I found a couple of easy meals that I will continue with.
None of that has anything to do with the gain that Im showing right now. Most of that is stress related. My mom and my kid have each had some health issues lately and some days I feel like Atlas with the world on my shoulders. Little known fact - Atlas loves reeses and all the carbs.
