Also, I'm considering weighing myself daily. Is that a bad idea? It doesn't have to be forever, just to give me the push I seem to need.
Weighing once a week makes me feel I can 'cheat' more often which undoubtedly is making me undo any gains i'm achieving.
Maybe if I weight myself daily, I'll be less inclined to cheat or blow my diet knowing the next morning I'll be weighing..lol

Plus, there's less fear involved than weighing once or twice a month and wondering what damage I've done.

So ... tomorrow will weigh myself. :D

I weigh myself everyday but don't enter anything on my weight history unless it has gone down. That ends up happening once or maybe twice a week if I'm lucky. :) I don't think it will hurt and if it keeps you on track then go for it! Good luck!

Thanks!! I hope it'll keep me accountable and start seeing some losses. Today was a good day.. dinner did not weigh me down like it normally seems to do....and I passed on dessert! lol
