Also, I'm considering weighing myself daily. Is that a bad idea? It doesn't have to be forever, just to give me the push I seem to need. Weighing once a week makes me feel I can 'cheat' more often which undoubtedly is making me undo any gains i'm achieving. Maybe if I weight myself daily, I'll be less inclined to cheat or blow my diet knowing the next morning I'll be weighing..lol
Plus, there's less fear involved than weighing once or twice a month and wondering what damage I've done.
So ... tomorrow will weigh myself. :D
