entah kenapa skrg ga bisa defisit kalori..coz klo di cutting jatah makan tambah sedikit scra skrg ku udah di bb ideal..waktunya otot banyakin ooii...makin bnyak otot maka bb naik kalori harian jd nambah makan pun jd tambah bnyak 😅
