Hey all,

I am promising myself that I will lose 10kgs by August.. is that possible? I am now around 94kg at 1,78m and Im male? And will this awesome community help me by keeping me accountable?? And any advice? How often shuld I weigh myself, how often can I train etc?

Thank you for all your help so far, every single person reading this has played a hand in saving my life. I was in a bad place but you helped and probably ended up literally saving my life!
