Sucks today that the scale went up instead of down. I did forget to weigh first thing this morning, so maybe that has something to do with it. I do feel a little bloated this morning too. Well, gotta tell myself not to give up because of stupid little number. I didn't put this weight on in a week, so I shouldn't expect to lose it in a week either.
