Been a very bad week for me. Work has been very very stressful and all I have done is eat bad stuff. I had 2 turtle brownies before 10:00 A.M. this morning cause I was so stressed and angry and what do I do when I am stressed and angry I go to my comfort level which is food. I am gonna take the weekend and rededicate my mind back into the good zone again and not let this week get me off track. I have managed to avoid the food here at work before so its just a matter of getting my mind set back. There is nothing I can do about the stress but I can change how I react to it. One year from surgery check up at Dr is on the 11th and I want to weigh less than I did a year ago which means I need to lose 4 pounds in 3 weeks which I know isn't impossible if I put my mind to it.
