Being that tonight is a lifting night I was going to add a few extra calories today.I found a small cheese pizza only 320 calories so I figured it would be a nice treat and I could fit it in.I also wanted to get some more protein so I had one scoop of protein (23 grams) mixed with ice and water while the pizza was cooking.Well the pizza is done and I'm not hungry anymore.lol Lesson learned next time I'm hungry have a protein shake instead!
