It is getting a little easier and my sugar cravings are going down. I have to keep reminding myself this time that in order for me to lose the weight and keep it off, I gonna have to do a major overhaul of my eating habits. I am a carb addict. I don't want to turn around and put the pounds back on. This time it is different though cause I am entering everything I ate and keeping a journal. Let's cross our fingers.
