Attempted 10-Day Transforamtion with Purium. Not great. Did okay most days, but some difficulty at night, partially due to -30 temperatures (I want something hot). Stayed off alcohol. Only down a total of 10 lbs since beginning new weight loss journey in December 2014. Disappointing but better than a gain.
