Buy Tonno Tuna at Costco. Perhaps not as low in fat and cals, but very tasty.

Good thing about the solid white albacore, much more Omega 3 than chunk or chunk light. I like tuna plain but some light mayo or mustard goes good with it IMO.

I always add salt and garlic. And I eat pickles on the side. You can also add chopped celery or eat it in a celery stick. Cheese is also good.

I make something called sweet tuna salad.. its tuna, sweet relish, honey mustard and greek yogurt. It is amaaaaazing
