Slow and steady wins the race.
Planning a major day of exercise and rest.

Early AM walk planned (with iPod)
Stair Master before lunch - Subway! (Bring shirt to change into)
Nap
Decent Mall Walk - Dinner Subway or Chick-Fil-A


Came up with my 4 day plan for exercise:

Day 1: Running - Small Walk
Day 2: Stair master - Leg work - Major Walk
Day 3: Weights (Upper Body) - Medium Walk
Day 4; No "Heavy Exercise" - 1 1/2 hours walking

--- repeat on and on and on



Understand that I can average less than 2200 if I eat <1900 the next two days. I have to plan my meals.

i just ate a 1050 calorie Qdoba burrito and I am going to still stay under 1900 if i plan things just right!
81.9 kg Lost so far: 4.3 kg.    Still to go: 5.7 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
