Ate Late last night. Today - friday - really had some miles stones with run /walk

1.1 at 4.6 mph
1.5 at 4.3 mph
.5 at 4.8 mph

Can't wait to break 5 mph!
82.4 kg Lost so far: 3.8 kg.    Still to go: 6.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
