" Do you want to build a snowman " Got up to snow again this morning, just a little more than an inch, but it got the kids out of school and was slick for a little while, but so far is nothing compared to some of the winters I can remember
The 8 pound weight loss has really got me in a zone, I think I could go to a pizza, party and be OK . How long do you stay on interdiction ? I am eating good and feeling good on 20 carbs. I know the first week on any diet is really the best. I am anxious to see what next Monday brings . Staying positive .....God bless!!

Your are doing so well, lluved. Would suggest NOT going near pizza for while. In January, I went to dinner with a friend in local Italian place and and lost control of carb intake inspite of my best intentions. Then gradually lost more control over the next week ... took me 2 weeks to get back on track. Lost the best of a month... Carb craves are very, very tricky.
