hi guys! I've been gone for a while. my eating fell off, a lot of takeout and sulking. I've been super depressed and July was a tough month. August was...better ish. and im ready to get back into. I've been weighing in consistently & I've stayed at 268 for the last two months. so on the bright side, i haven't gained at all! but still, need to get down:)
