====== "Oh My Goodness " My Benefiber has 4 carbs per 2 tsp.=============
Guess what!! It is snowing and sleeting --AGAIN-- It has already snowed over my 2 hours on the shovel yesterday, Its 25 degrees which is a lot better than it has been. I am a little sore but not as bad as I expected, I am doing good on my low carb. Still have a lot to learn. I am excited about weighing Monday morning, I feel smaller. Need to measure myself, I read that somewhere, I just haven't had the nerve to do it yet. still got to shovel a path to the wood pile. It's a good day!!
