Kind of sick to my stomach today. Not sure if it's just a sour stomach or if I'm getting the stomach bug. 🤔 Didn't really eat all my calories today so I'm frustrated with that. I did stay with in my fluid restriction range and I only drank water. I really hope my stomach is doing better tomorrow.
