slow and steady progress. I find I do better when fiber makes up the greatest percentage of my daily calories. I lost the first 40 pounds in 2020 going hard core plant based, but I am really enjoying having animal protein back in my diet
84.5 kg Lost so far: 3.3 kg.    Still to go: 25.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
