6/8/11 144.6lb, 40.5%bf. Steak cobb salad, white wine, atkins peanut butter bar, multivitamin, coffee/half and half. GI upset last night. Going to first physical therapy appointment today.
65.6 kg Lost so far: 5.2 kg.    Still to go: 4.4 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.

Hope today's appt goes well. **as an aside, go easy on - or eliminate the Atkins Bars all together... as they are known stallers to a TON of people. You are on a roll downwards, and don't want to see it level off or stop over something so easily replaceable w/ natural whole foods. Sorry about the tummy upset, hope you feel better in that dept too! :)
