I've been noticing when I alternate days of heavier and lighter caloric intake that my body feels like it's alright to let go. It seems to have a poverty mindset when I run lower for longer and won't let go of anything, holding on to the extra for that day when I might need to run from a t-rex. I am finding that my physical journey is very much reflective, or often predictive, of my mental journey. Que Frozen's "Let It Go" here for the complete soundtrack to my week :)
