I decided to put my starting weight in to more accurately track how much I've lost on this journey so far. I was 175 in the middle of Feb this year, so 23lbs down so far. I'm actually addressing the core issues of my eating patterns so this time the weight will be coming off for good. Here's to the first goal of 130lbs!
