Well, I haven't gained any weight...but I'm literally exactly the same weight as last check-in. Does anyone know how FEW calories you should eat before you disrupt your metabolism & go into starvation mode? I've got age against me and a non-functional thyroid to boot.
67.0 kg Lost so far: 2.4 kg.    Still to go: 11.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
