OH My, I just discovered a new diet dessert. It is so good! This dessert leaves you full and satisfied! The wonderful part for me, is that I don't crave more. One is enough! Oh yeah! It is called Healthy Choice Frozen Greek Yogurt. The trick is to take it out of the freezer, and microwave it for 10 seconds. Yummy and creamy! Only 100 calories :)~Ann

I like my Fresh N Fruity Lite Yoghurt at max of 43 calories per 100 gm :)

Thank you for the dessert tip! A FatSecret friend of mine told me about South Beach Diet Snack Bars - Whipped Chocolate Almond Delight for 100 calories. I haven't tried it because my grocery money is tight. I usually have sugar free gum for 5 calories and decaffeinated tea.
