I have done some backsliding. Have been eating out to much and not getting enough exercise. But I had some food intolerance testing done and I am on a strict diet right now to remove the inflammatory foods for the next 6 weeks, then gradually add back in the neutral/mildly intolerable foods that are my favorites and/or healthy foods that I need to see which of those I can tolerate without inflammation flare ups and digestive issues. SO hopefully I will be back on track with weight loss, too.
