I'm taking a different way of drinking my water..spreading it out the whole day instead of 5 times 32 Oz. smaller onces closer to meals. also doing a little cardio at any time of the day.

My medication and medical conditions don't help me either. My Doc says to strive for 4 pounds a month. Hope I can make that mini goal. Look how much you lost . It is very well done. Keep it up

I've been struggling for 5 years. My meds and tiredness played a big roll. I've found activities to do to stay active. I'm starting to feel better since I have cut all sugarey starchy foods out and not take anything in with sugar substitutes and removed caffeine from my diet..I have fallen of a day here or there but I didn't eat as much as I would've back weeks ago.
