2.5 weeks away on holiday, I'll take the 1kg up as a win 🏆 especially since I did not restrict any of my eating, forgot how good sugar, ice cream and pizza tastes 😋 😂 now to focus on healthy eating again, want to spend the next 4 months getting to my goal and losing 5-7kg 💪🏅
62.2 kg Lost so far: 22.8 kg.    Still to go: 8.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
