Well, I am losing like I would like to but it's scaring me. I am anxious to stay on track and I am just nervous that I will fail and my stay in the 170s will be short-lived. I think I just have to learn to believe in myself more and everything will be fine. Sigh...

I call that "white-knuckling" through your WOE; being afraid of just any little thing to throw you off track and gaining weight. Believe in yourself and believe in your WOE. I battle with white knuckling from time to time, but it does get easier the longer you stay committed to this WOE. You eventually trust that what you're doing is just fine and, even if there's a misstep, you have the ability and knowledge to make the proper adjustments. All easier said, than done, I know. You're doing great - your goal is in sight!!!!!

You are doing awesome! I think this WOE can be a little scary to all of us. Once we've been loosing for a while we can take it for granted and slip ups are so easy. Just do what you've been thinking about, and believe in yourself. You can do it. Your success so far has shown that you are in control, you've got the power!
