It’s been a while since me logging. I know this sound like the 1st excuse people use, but this was really how my life was since 18Jan2015. Busy Busy Busy , people resign at work so there work becomes yours. Anyway, my eating wasn’t so good but it’s all because of cycling season, I have lost so much cm that my face even looks strange “ As my husband said just eat more “jy lyk soos n tikker “ So that’s what I have been doing eating a lot of carbs and all the other stuff and weekends now and then something sweet. So this morning I got on the scale well and it showed that I’m 2kgs away from my goal weight , so this basically forced me to make time and log my weight on Fatsecrete. My training is going soooo well I think that’s why I got so use to the eating part , I have done 4 cycling races so far that is between 103 to 126km , this will be my 1st off weekend from races for the past few weeks. About 2 weeks left then it’s the big one Cape Argus 109km. Till then I will try to make better food choices , no more chips and cakes till then.
