OH August!!! after such a beautiful compliment that I am gradually losing and its visible, the scale decides to tell me otherwise this morning! My my my!! This relationship isn't working... aaaarrrggg! but we soldier on...
I look good and I feel good even though after the scale I feel inbetween.... Happy Monday my beautiful healthy eaters. Lets keep at it... we are getting there even when it doesn't weigh like it🌻

I agree with that phat girl. My relationship with the scale has become so toxic. Ive decided to weigh twice a month instead doing it weekly. Take measurements and progress pictures. Pictures don't lie. You've got this❣️
