Just got back from the gym.. Maxed out on some bench and was very pleased!!! 3 weeks ago I could only push up about 215 lbs, today I was at 245. NOT BAD! Next goal is 275. I eventually wanna be able to bench twice my body weight. Anyways, struggling to eat today... That means I had not just a good spike day, but an EXCELLENT ONE!!!
