Spent 3 hours bargain grocery shopping. Found coconut oil @ The Health Kick, along with guar gum. Then found xanthan gum @ Kroger's. It wouldn't have taken so long if I wasn't so obsessive about reading the nutrition facts, that and my baby sister calling and needing to talk while I'm shopping. Then mama calls at the next grocer.

It was a good thing I got all the sheets washed, beds made, clothes washed and dried before leaving the house because I'm pooped! I called DH on the way home so he'd call me on his way home so he could get the milk I forgot. Oopsie! He got off early and was heading home too. We hadn't had lunch so I was going to grill some burgers, but he suggested Jose's! Yummy! There is nothing like fajitas for lunch. So much fajitas in the box, that I'm not cooking dinner tonight.

May is camping so it's been quiet around here. Actually had time to clean out the fridge. The dogs got ham, the chickens got left over salmon patties. The chickens were especially happy because I forgot to take them the biscuits left over from DH's breakfast and I made another trip down to the yard.
