1st day of Banting
Had an awesome breakfast which kept me going till around 4pm, had lots of water in between, but started to get really really hungry after 4pm. Had a few slices of cucumber to keep me going while I made supper.
I didnt include everything in my Food Diary, as I'm not quite sure how to use it. :( For supper was braised steak with onions, peppers and mushrooms. and then cauli-mash and a lettuce, spinach tamatoe, cucumber and feta cheese salad.
I really hope this works.
